Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

Return window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

 

Condition required: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags still attached. Items returned without tags, or showing signs of wear (deodorant marks, odor, makeup, stretching, etc.), will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Final sale items: Swimwear, earrings, and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to start a return: Email info@thefillcollective.com with your order number within the return window.

Refund method: Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.

Shipping costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
